Alma Grand Place Hotel

The location was perfect, three minutes from the Gran Place, thirty seconds from a street buzzing with restaurants, but in a quiet street. In the room it was hard to believe the lively crowds were so near. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast in the hotel once, as there are lots of eating places nearby, but it was good value, with hot and cold options. In terms of accessibility, it's five minutes walk from Central Station

You couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel was a five minute walk from Central Station - trains, subway, buses. The old town was right outside the door. Great restaurants, activities, sights and the staff was excellent. Cleanliness was top notch, best I've seen in a long time. Wifi was great and the breakfast was excellent. I would unquestionably stay there again.

The location of the property is excellent. Close to lots of restaurants and the Grand Place. The rooms were spacious and the reception staff were very helpful. Good AC unit too.

Warm welcome (personality and humour much appreciated). Amazing central location (near Central station, one stop from Brussels-Midi and Eurostar) with plenty nearby options for food, culture (Grand Place Art Museums) and all the charms of central Brussels. Left luggage service, space to recharge your phone after taking a million pics. All round lovely staff.

We have stayed 2 separate nights, what means we have middle night to spent not in Brussels, it is always a nice opportunity to leave some bags in the hotel luggage room and not to have heavy things to handle. Ms Ewa and Ms Sarah were super nice, we had a correspondense in whats up and they provide us with the room a bit earlier official check-in time upon our second arrival, we THANK you, Dear Ewa so much. After the 48 hours trip from Ukraine (our airports are closed during the war time and we have to take 2 trains through Poland and one flight to get to Brussels) the Hotel Alma Grand Palace is the best choice to have a complete rest after the long and hard trip and to enjoy the beautiful heart of the capital of Belgium.
