We have stayed 2 separate nights, what means we have middle night to spent not in Brussels, it is always a nice opportunity to leave some bags in the hotel luggage room and not to have heavy things to handle. Ms Ewa and Ms Sarah were super nice, we had a correspondense in whats up and they provide us with the room a bit earlier official check-in time upon our second arrival, we THANK you, Dear Ewa so much. After the 48 hours trip from Ukraine (our airports are closed during the war time and we have to take 2 trains through Poland and one flight to get to Brussels) the Hotel Alma Grand Palace is the best choice to have a complete rest after the long and hard trip and to enjoy the beautiful heart of the capital of Belgium.

The location is incredible. You could see the Grand Place from our room and there are bars/restaurants in the surrounding streets. Even though there is a lot going on, the noise didn’t bother us as it was only really noisy at the weekends. The breakfast was good value for money. The room was large, bright and comfortable. The staff were OUTSTANDING! They could not have been more accommodating or helpful with my odd requests having bought a souvenir that needed a new suitcase and additional packing.

Room: The room is notably spacious, although the heating system didn't perform as expected. Breakfast: While offered at 15 euros per person, we opted not to take it. Staff: The personnel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Luggage Deposit: A noteworthy perk – there's no charge for luggage storage if you return to the hotel.

The location was perfect, three minutes from the Gran Place, thirty seconds from a street buzzing with restaurants, but in a quiet street. In the room it was hard to believe the lively crowds were so near. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast in the hotel once, as there are lots of eating places nearby, but it was good value, with hot and cold options. In terms of accessibility, it's five minutes walk from Central Station

Polite, friendly and respectful staff, Chrome TV so able to watch our own Netflix or other media providers through phones, good Wifi, tasteful decorations, two elevators so minimum waiting, very good bed and last but not least, they had cosmetics from Ritual. Did I mention fine breakfast and both robe & slippers? And bed made every day with new towels. And excellent location. Plain and simple a fantastic 3 star hotel.
